Dr. Jennifer Perdue

Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Perdue is the sole founder and owner of Live for Wellness Chiropractic Center located in West Ashley. After sustaining an injury when younger, she discovered the amazing health benefits of chiropractic care and knew that it was her calling to help others through the gift of chiropractic.

Prior to opening Live for Wellness Chiropractic Center, Dr. Perdue began practicing at a local chiropractic clinic in the Charleston area. She worked closely with a chiropractor in Summerville to complete her internship. Dr. Perdue also worked as a Chiropractic Assistant and Office Manager while completing her undergraduate studies.

To begin her journey, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She was blessed to have been accepted to Palmer College of Chiropractic, which is the first and largest chiropractic school in the world. Through rigorous medical courses and hands-on training, she graduated from Palmer College, which is located in Davenport, Iowa. While in chiropractic school, Dr. Perdue was the President of the Pediatrics Club, which allowed her to attend seminars on the specialized care of children.

Dr. Perdue is a member of the Lowcountry Chapter of Business Networking International (BNI), a proud supporter of local Charleston businesses as a member of Lowcountry Local First, a member of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, Charleston Young Professionals (CYP) and South Carolina Chiropractic Association.  She is the Preferred Chiropractor of Chucktown Fitness in West Ashley.   Dr. Perdue has spoken as a medical expert in personal injury cases and to medical physicians at MUSC.  She loves sharing expert knowledge of chiropractic care to local professionals and organizations.

Dr. Perdue makes it her mission to bring the benefits of chiropractic to others through volunteering. She was granted the opportunity to help those in need in Ilheus, Brazil. While in Brazil, she provided free health care and was selected to provide chiropractic care for children in an orphanage. She looks forward to continuing her philanthropy to help those in the Charleston area and beyond.

To stay active, Dr. Perdue enjoys figure skating, biking, and weight training. She enjoys the sunny days at the beach that Charleston has to offer, along with walks in the beautiful historic downtown area.
